We were prepared to replace our AC unit with a larger ton unit, but Kevin told us that replacing the unit was not necessary. He was honest and told us that for a couple hundred dollars he could add ducts and move some of our current ones to solve our cooling issues. He was right and we are very happy with the result. He could have sold us a complete new AC unit, but did the right thing and did not take advantage of our situation and ignorance of the issues we were having.
